What kind of paper do you use?

The below paper selections are available across all of our stationery items, including: save the dates, invitations, announcements, RSVPs, all-purpose cards, programs, menus and place cards.

Signature Smooth Stock:

  • White stock with a beautiful smooth finish
  • 110-lb. thick paper stock
  • 80-lb. envelopes – included at no charge (*excludes all-purpose cards, menu cards, programs, and place cards)

Envelopes are included at no charge for all stationery items except:

How long does it take to process an order?

Each personalized order is individually handcrafted by our trained staff. Please allow us three business days to produce your order with the highest quality standards. See our order fulfillment schedule below.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order fulfillment schedule:

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Sunday will ship by Wednesday

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Monday will ship by Thursday

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Tuesday will ship by Friday

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Wednesday will ship by Monday

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Thursday will ship by Tuesday

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Friday will ship by Wednesday

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Saturday will ship by Wednesday

When will I get my order?

Free standard shipping is included with orders over $35 and will be delivered via USPS. You will receive an automated email that your order has left our warehouse. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout via FedEx with estimated delivery times listed below.

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. Shipping times may vary for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What if I don’t like my order?

If you are not happy with the order you have received, please let us know, so we can make it right. Contact us at 1-855-676-2416, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT, or by using our Customer Form found under ‘Contact Us’. We will usually answer emails within 24 hours.

Can I return, change or cancel my order?

Your printed order begins processing automatically after it is submitted. In the event that you approved and ordered your item with a spelling or grammatical error in it, you have until 10 a.m. (US Central Time) the next business day after your purchase to log in to your account and correct any errors in your order. No edits or refunds will be accepted after that point.

If you need additional time to correct any errors, or if you checked out as a guest without creating an account, you may contact us at walmartstationery@gartnerstudios.com before 10 a.m. (US Central Time) the next buisiness day to place your order on hold.

To log in to your account and correct any errors:

  1. Visit the My Orders page to view your orders
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to edit
  3. Find the affected order item and click the Edit link. This link will remain visible while the item is still available for editing. If the Edit link is not visible then the item has been submitted for printing and can no longer be edited.

If, upon receipt, you are not satisfied due to quality issues, an error on our part, or damage during shipping, then we will replace your item as quickly as possible at no additional charge. If you prefer a refund, contact us to coordinate shipment back to our facility. Refunds for a damaged or flawed item include shipping charges. Any damage must be reported within seven days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period. Please do not return your stationery order to your local Walmart store.

Because each order is custom printed on a per order basis, returns will not be accepted for instances outside of what is mentioned above.

Once we receive your return for refund, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. After the return has been processed, you will receive credit back to the credit card used to make the purchase within 3-5 business days.

Our personalization tool supports Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer 10 or higher.

Customization Policy and Terms of Purchase

You agree that any information you provide to walmartstationery.com and/or Gartner Digital, LLC (“Gartner”) is truthful and accurate, and complete including the name or identity of the sender of any product. You agree to not use walmartstationery.com to upload, post, e-mail, send, or initiate the sending by printed card, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to any content you submit to walmartstationery.com and/or Gartner, including but not limited to the sending, creating, printing or delivery of personalized content or products; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these terms of use and will not cause injury to any person or entity and that you will indemnify walmartstationery.com and Gartner for all claims resulting from any content you supply. By submitting content to walmartstationery.com and/or Gartner through web-based functions, you grant or warrant that the owner of rights in such content has expressly granted the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part), and the names and likeness of any persons identifiable therein, worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, provided however, that for content provided to walmartstationery.com and/or Gartner solely for the purpose of incorporating such content into a product or service ordered by you, you grant such rights to walmartstationery.com and Gartner for the sole purpose of delivering products and services.

You acknowledge that neither walmartstationery.com nor Gartner is obligated to prescreen content submitted by users, but that walmartstationery.com and Gartner shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, move or remove any content that is made available via walmartstationery.com and/or Gartner or to refuse to accept content for use in any products or services offered on or through walmartstationery.com and/or Gartner by any user that violates these terms of service or is otherwise objectionable in the sole judgment of either walmartstationery.com or Gartner. Gartner and/or walmartstationery.com may request that a user submit evidence of their ownership of or right to use and reproduce any copyright, trademark or likeness arising from user's submission of content.
